The property enjoys a large grassy garden that looks onto pleasant countryside as well as an eye-catching interior with tasteful furnishings.

There are village amenities at just 3 miles, including bakery, shop, bar, restaurant, tennis and the local baker delivers to the door. The towns of Lucon and Fontenay le Comte are both easily accessible (13 miles) as are the beaches of the Vendee coast (24 miles) and the historic town of La Rochelle (30 miles).
