	Le Poire' Blanc 72150 Mansigne Nearest town: LeFleche
	Beautiful cottage for upto 6 people nestling only a few feet from its own 1.8acre lake and set in its own private 4.5 acres of grassland and trees. The lake is stocked with lots of carp "doubles" to around 40lbs,pike to 13lbs, tench, bream, perch to 4lbs and many more general coarse fish all of which are exclusivly for you. The cottage is fully equiped with full gas central heating, dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,built in oven & hob. The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower. The lounge/diner has air conditioning, satellite free view tv, dvd,cd & video,with many films etc for you to view during your stay, plus a wide selection of books.the dining area has seating for 6 and looks out over the lake & grounds.This leads into the large conservatory with its own full sized BBQ cane furniture and sun loungers where you can relax and watch out over the lake and varied wildlife we enjoy, Kingfishers & red sqirrels to mention only two.
	The main bedroom has a double bed from which you can again just look out over the lake & grounds and air conditioning. The second bedroom has full sized (3ft) bunk beds & views across the valley. The lounge also has a double futon. Bedlinen is also available at a small extra charge.
	Outside you find the 4.5acres of mature grounds of grassland &and trees such as Silver birch,Willow,Hazel etc around the 1.8acres of well stocked lake with another full sized BBQ, picknic table and seats set at various points round the lake. You will be able to enjoy peace and tranquility as the road & niebours are 300yds+ from the boundries.Yet the local village with shops for most of your needs is only 2 miles away.
	Attractions For trips out you are in easy reach of Le Mans, Tours, Angers, LeFleche with its zoo described by all the visitors as "the best zoo they have ever been to" and Chateau de Loir which offer a wide and varied choice to suit all tastes.
