	This new holiday villa complex at St Hilaire de Riez with a heated swimming pool and paddling pool is set amongst the dunes and pine forests only 650 metres from the a long, sandy beach. There is a children's club in high season and bike hire and morning bread delivery can be ordered from reception. Les Mas de St Hilaire is in an ideal situation near St Jean de Monts, on the edge of the national forest with footpaths and cycle tracks leading to the beach and nearby amenities. All the villas are in groups of adjoining villas, each with a private outside area with a terrace and with table and chairs.
	All the villas are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine. In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, electric rings and a mini-oven or microwave and the crockery and cutlery. The width of beds are Double approx.140cm, Single approx. 80cm. There are blankets, bedspreads or eiderdowns and pillows in the villas. The bathrooms have a flexible shower hose fitment from the bath. There are 2 sized villas available. The 4/5 person villa.: Type CBT 4 and 5 persons T2 Mezzanine, is approx. 38-44m²: There is 1 double bedroom downstairs and the mezzanine area has sleeping for 2 or 3 people. The bathroom with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment, and access to the toilet is via the bathroom.
	Attractions The Atlantic Toboggan Water Park is situated at 500 metres. It is open every day 10.00-19.30 and has a swimming pool with wave machine, toddlers + children’s pool, Jacuzzi, and water shutes. Snacks available at the Café on site. The Oxford English Pub is situated at 500 metres, Quad bike 1km, Paint Ball 1km, Supermarket 700m, Super U 1.6 km, Restaurant Cafe 400 m, Golf 5 km, mini golf 300m, horse riding on the south side of St Jean de Monts. Market : St Hilaire : Monday morning, Wedsnesday afternoon, Saturday afternoon in July and August. Nearby :very popular market at St Jean de Monts The golf, shops, bars, restaurants and sporting amenities of St Jean de Monts are all nearby.
