	The latest of our barn conversions, Lys has been sympathetically renovated and has wonderful views from the mezzanine, over the vineyards and countryside. Where ever possible we have exposed the beautiful stonewalls and original beams have been used to create some outstanding features. Lys is perfect for two people
	The lounge is very comfortably furnished, having a TV, DVD. hifi., DVD’s, books and games. The delightful kitchen / dining room is open plan, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. French doors lead onto a very private patio with BBQ and garden furniture. The main bedroom is on the’L’ shaped mezzanine floor, The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. Cot, highchair etc are available upon request
	The swimming pool (Open from Mid May to Mid September)is positioned in the top garden which soaks up the sun from morning to evening. There are sun loungers, table & Chairs and also a children's unsupervised play area with swings, toddlers slide, climbing rope plus many trikes and other outside children's toys. Why not try the fruit from our apple, pear, plum and apricot trees or the strawberries and raspberries. We offer 4 course evening meals 3 evenings per week plus local wines from our cellar.
	Attractions The Loire is world famous for its beautiful Chateaux, very many of which are open to the public and should not be missed. The historic towns of Amboise, Blois, Saumur and Beaugency are jewels in the Loire's crown and therefore worth visiting.The area boasts, golf courses, riding, fishing, fs swimming, cycling, canoeing and wonderful walks. The Zoo at Doué La Fontaine is world famous. The animals are housed as near as possible to the terrain they originate from. The zoo boasts a very successful breeding programme which reinforces how happy and contented the animals are. You can even feed a vulture from your hand

	To book we request a 20% Booking deposit plus £100 refundable security deposit. The balance of the rental is due 2 months prior to your holiday. We include all linen, house towels, electricity, etc.. Pool towels are available for hire. Should heating be required there is a small local charge.
	We are located between Tour and Angers just 15 minutes from Historical Saumur. Fully detailed directions will be given on booking.
