	Ideal for romantic and cultural holidays, in the historic heart of Dijon, next to the Ducal Palace, this elegant and comfortable 4* apartment will meet all your expectations for a romantic, cultural and fulfilling holiday. This lovely apartment of 45m2 (484sq ft)is located in a private mansion dating from the 17th century, the district of Dijon that incorporates the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, the Grand Theatre, the Museum of Fine art and the Magnin Museum. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and is at the centre of Dijon's cultural and entertainment heart, but despite the central location remains amazingly peaceful.
	The apartment consists of: a large sitting room of 35m² (377sq ft), with parquet flooring and a bedroom area (queen size bed, with down-free bedding), flat screenTV, DVD, high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet with basin. rated 4*. Non smoking apartment for 2.Air conditioning.
	Breakfast provisions are provided for the guest to cook as well as first necessity food in the fridge on arrival.
	Attractions Churches, museums, markets, restaurants, parks,shops and cafés are all waiting for you. Have a walk to the covered food market (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays)and go back to the flat to cook what you bought yourself like a Dijonnais. Taste the cheeses, bread, wines, delicatessen... Or enjoy a good meal from the restaurant around the corner! Many cultural and gastronomic experiences (but not only.. golf clubs, aqua parcs, lakes, Dijon-Prenois circuit etc...)
	Open all year from 85€ to 105€ per night 665€ per week. Cheques in euros issued by a branch of a bank in France or cash in euro. No changeover day. Minimum 2 nights.
