Newly renovated, the 65m2 ground floor apartment is completely independent with a
private entrance and has the use of a walled, lawned garden with garden furniture,
BBQ and washing line provided. It also benefits from a sunny terrace with seating
to the front and there is ample private parking.

Comprising:
Full central heating with radiators in all rooms. A large open plan living area
with fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee machine,
kettle, toaster etc.), comfortable seating area, TV socket, dining table and
chairs. Shower room with shower cubicle and hand basin, a separate toilet with
hand basin . 2 large bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x 3 singles (bunk beds plus a
single bed) a further 'zed bed' can be provided on request. Both bedrooms have
ample storage space. Please note that the top bunk bed is for the use of a child
under the age of 13 only.
An additional charge of 30 per week is made for heating in the colder months.
A damage waiver deposit of 150 is payable on arrival. This is refunded on
departure subject to damages / breakages.
