La Glycine is a restored ancient farmworkers cottage, sleeping 2 people (plus an infant), and retaining many original features. There is a colombage wall running the length of the lounge, the wood beamed 'A' structure for the roof is a feature, end there are several 'exposed stone' walls. |

The gite includes a lounge with dining area, a kitchen (open plan to the lounge, but around a corner at the end of the L shaped room), a double bedroom and a shower room (feature large shower), all newly equipped. |

There is a large pool on site, shared with the other gite at the property and with occassional use by the owners. |

Attractions Villereal, a 13th century bastide town, at 2km, is a big attraction for many of our visitors - a very pleasant place to sit in front of a cafe and enjoy the atmosphere. Other medieval towns nearby include Issigeac, Monpazier and Monflanquin. There are at least five towns within half an hour drive that are included on the prestigious 'most beautiful villages in France' list. Bergerac is just 25 kilometres away. |
